Our research includes finding registered cadastral data, that outlines cadastral boundaries, servitudes and proclamations. With a sound cadastral base map, aerial photography information and/or topographical survey information is added to provide the perfect base to start designing both practical, efficient and exciting layouts that will please the client and the end-users.
Plantecnic has its own drafting and mapping component, and does not require outsourcing of designs, plans and maps.
Practice Profile of Managing Member Marius Shepherd TRPT(SA) N Dip. Town & Regional Planning (Cape Technicon) MSAPI:
Founder of the practice following a career spanning over 8 years in private practice in Cape Town, another 2 years in the Department of Land Affairs in Limpopo and another 4 years in Polokwane Municipality, has afforded Mr. Shepherd with all the technical and practical experience to successfully be a planning consultant. He is extensively experienced in land use application appraisal and analysis, urban design issues, legal and enforcement matters. Additionally he has over 8 years experience in layout design, drafting and mapping. He provides advice, consultation and negotiation for Clients, as well as doing all the design work in the Consultancy.
